Retro Jam - Day 5


Lots of work today on the level design. Created conveyor belts, electricity (the egg can safely pass through but Bill can't), and sharp grass (Billy can safely pass through but the egg can't ... I dunno why sharp grass. Hard to find something thematically fitting). Started and nearly finished the tutorial level, including the tip modals. Lots of work on additional artwork to get interactive level elements. Overall, it's coming along nicely! I should have everything done by Mar 11. It's been tough cutting all these other ideas I have for the sake of finishing in time for Retro Jam. If this game has enough adoption, maybe I'll start building it up after the Jam. Tough to call though. As a fan game, I can't ever make money off of this lol.
