Ludum Dare 48 - Devlog 1


Thinking I'll be trying for the Compo (all assets made independently by me in 48 hours...). Got a concept that matches the theme where the character will progress through puzzles by changing the color of the level to a "deeper and deeper" shade. Got my first character sprite work done. Now off to build the physics and get a level 1 working. Hoping to have at least 3 levels by the end of the jam. As a dad with other responsibilities, I'll really only have about 8-10 hours in total to make this game as I'll only be working on it after the kids go to bed... so here goes.
